About Our Founders
BEHIND THE LENS
Pop! was created by the partners of Classic Kids Photography, Nicole Oldenburg and Tera Landman, combining over 45 years of experience in photography, families, and creative business.
Tera brings artistry, and a discerning eye. With a background as a curator and art gallerist — including work at the Guggenheim in Venice, Andy Warhol’s traveling exhibit Dream America, and collaborations with prolific, influential artists — she has spent years shaping Classic Kids’ signature approach to timeless, playful, fine art portraiture. As a mom to one little boy with a very big personality, she knows how to celebrate authenticity, joy, and love in every little detail.
Nicole brings the know-how and the mom flex — a mom of four incredible kids, seasoned studio owner, and expert in working with kids and families. Her Midwest charm and deep experience ensure every session is smooth, joyful, and truly kid-first. She knows how to run a smooth operation and ensure her teams and clients are more than happy. She’s the mighty engine with a whole lot of heart!

02. Book a Session
Limited sessions fill quickly. Each appointment is short, sweet, silly and designed to capture authentic personality.
03. Step Into The Studio
Our pop-up studio is playful, relaxed, and kid-friendly. Every photographer is exclusively trained by our sister studio, Classic Kids Photography. Our studios have built a 30-year legacy of working with children, ensuring your child feels comfortable and inspired.
04. Relive the Magic
2-4 weeks after your session, you’ll review the portraits in an online gallery and storefront. This is where images can be downloaded and artwork created.
